How can we improve WHMCS?

I sell domains and hosting.
The shopping process is for many customers is a bit tricky, especially when the go through a path that is different from first selecting a hosting plan and then add a domain.

I thought that having the "order summary" always visible on the right side would help the customers understanding what they are doing and where they are.
