option to only send "request received" auto replies to customer emails



Emails to helpdesk are piped to the helpdesk area, and then get an auto reply, but spammers with fake email addresses like @gmail.com also get one.
This causes gmail to think we are spamming and then real customers have trouble getting email from us.

An easy solution would be to add an option to only send confirmation / auto replies to customer emails.
