When opening a ticket there is a switch as 'admin' but I think this uses only the first admin account created. It would be great to be able to pass in the 'admin user's id' as part of the request. We want to automate ticket management remotely for one of our ecommerce systems.
Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to submit this request. At present the ticket will be attributed to the admin used to authenticate to the API making the request.
