OpenID Connect end_session_endpoint or revocation_endpoint to logout from the session.

Currently we are able to login remotely using OpenID Connect/oAuth but its funny that there is no way to logout.
When you access https://app.example.com/oauth/openid-configuration.php, there is no end_session_endpoint or revocation_endpoint which can be used to log the user out of the session.
This is more than a necessary feature and not just an idea so please if its possible to not rely on the user's votes.
