If the Hello language file is presented in public, it will be better if users can edit the language files according to them.
When I translate my language file, I use it without any problem, but when an update comes, everything goes.
To prevent this, if it is shared online and everyone translates the appropriate language file, it will be permanent and the language file will be updated.

Please use the language overrides system to make custom string translations: https://developers.whmcs.com/languages/overrides/
This will ensure the customisations are maintained through software updates.
