Often, the technicians and others are not checking the ticket queue and sometimes tickets become forgotten.
I'd like a feature where I can schedule a notification, preferably through email, which contains a list of all tickets assigned to the user.
For example, an email sent daily at 8am which includes a list of all tickets which meet a status condition, and includes the number of days since the last reply. This will help remind all users of their open tickets.
