Hello good day.
I did not categorize this request because I do not know exactly where it would enter, let's face it.
A customer called me and requested not to receive emails regarding the expiration of the domain, he informed me that he would like to renew but that the emails ends up irritating him.
I made searches to know how to proceed, then I opened a call and had the answer that there is no such functionality in whmcs, so I would like to request this functionality.
If a client does not want to receive domain expiration notices we could adjust this setting for them.

It is possible for you to disable an email template, or stop a specific email being sent using a hook ( http://developers.whmcs.com/hooks-reference/everything-else/#emailpresend )
