No automated emails sent to closed accounts



I have automated emails sent at 30, 60 and 90 days after an account is created.

I recently closed a client account however the client still received the automated emails.

If this is dependent on "no marketing emails" being checked then that should be checked automatically when an account is closed.

Logic says that if an account is closed there should be no more communication. This is different for an inactive account.

after four years I discovered the same BUG, it's under consideration, hope whmcs will fix it asap, because it could also get legal problem send an email to a client that do not want to have any cotact with my agency... (GDPR) and no one know this
It happen also with domain renewal mail
Never tried this, but if emails are sent to a closed account, I believe this should be named a bug.
Michael I totally agree and reported it as a bug. As usual WHMCS don't like admitting bus so they told me to make it a feature request :(
