How can we improve WHMCS?

When using the "Send Email" feature, in the "Summary" tab of the Client Profile page there some predefined choices. When you choose "New Messafe" it opens a text editor where you can write the message.
Sometimes some text must be the same. I am not talking about the signature. Other text. Lets say a disclaimer. So in order not to write it again and again there is a way to save a message as a template, and every time load it by clicking the button at the buttom of the page.

Is whould be better to have the oportunity to auto load the predifined message when choosing the "New Message" option.
