How can we improve WHMCS?

With more and more companies moving to cloud hosted email services like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and even OX AppSuite, the ability to manage multiple departments out of a single POP mailbox would be amazing. I'd imagine configuring aliases at the mailbox level to receive mail for each department that gets dumped into a single mailbox. WHMCS could read the TO: header of the incoming mail and assign it accordingly. On the flip side, WHMCS could modify the FROM: header to be the outgoing departments email.
