Multi-dimensional configurable option - Quantity and Drop-down

In Configurable Options for a group attached to a product we could use the ability to have multi-dimensional options. Both a Quantity and a Drop-down list of options with pricing.
An example would be selecting a software option which has a price set, and selecting the quantity of the selected option which is the multiplier of the price. A list of installed user agents to choose from and the number of those user agents to charge for.
Currently Configurable Options is either one or the other - a Quantity of a single item, or an dynamic list of options to chose from - but no quantity for the selection.
