WHMCS has a notifications feature (https://docs.whmcs.com/Notifications). My request is simple. Please add event notifications for project management too.
Examples for events:
* Whenever a new project is created
* Whenever a project is solved
* Whenever a project is removed
* Whenever a to-do is created
* Whenever a to-do is solved
* Whenever a to-do is removed
