Modern High Quality Theme with dark/light

The theme for WHMCS has always been very basic. It would be very helpful to have a modern high quality theme option from WHMCS as a solid option in case paid for themes stop working. Or as a good starting point for new customers. The current theme seems very limited and outdated to me.
Light and Dark options with a professional layout that allows for images and some sort higher quality navigation. Maybe a settings section for the theme to change the colors and add hero and header images.
Like the WHMCS main website for example.

Thanks for taking the time to suggest this idea.
Our approach in designing themes is to keep them relatively plain to make it easier to apply these customisations and change the colors via custom CSS to a child theme.
