Hello,
I would like to suggest adding the "Network Issues" section to the mobile app.
This would be very useful when something happens exactly in the most inopportune moments, when the staff is busy troubleshooting and I only have mobile access to update our clients.
Bonus points for adding the "Email Campaigns" utility or email notifications for network issues, but I guess separate feature suggestions are required.
