Make Hide Completed Tasks checkbox persistent

When working on a project with many tasks (ex: > 10) the Hide Compeleted Tasks checkbox is super handy to utilize, however if you check the box then refresh the page, it becomes unchecked - it does not remain persistent.
This request is to have that option remain persistent across page reloads.
Given that this could result in admins not being able to find the completed tasks, it might then also be beneficial to either:
1. Move the checkbox to the top and/or bottom of the list of tasks so it's more visible, or
2. If it can't be moved, display something at the top of the task list like "Completed tasks are hidden"
This request is to have that option remain persistent across page reloads.
