Make domain renewal reminder email on the 11th optional

This email is a duplication of any "30 days prior to renewal" email reminders that a host has set up. It's confusing to the customer to get this email then a few days later get *our* 30 day reminder email, sent on the correct day (30 days out).

As I understand it, this "single email on the 11th day" is supposed to be sent to clients who have more than one domain name coming due in the coming month, but that is NOT how it's working. This email is being sent to every domain name coming up for renewal.

I tried to report this as a bug, but was told "it's not a bug it's a feature, and no way to turn it off" (Ticket # 368458).

Hi,
Due to new ICANN regulations the consolidated domain reminder feature had to be removed. For more information on the new system please refer to http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=98403
there is a way ram, you set up a private support department, it wont show to clients you use the same email address for it as your registrars send you notices. When they send you a notice it opens up ticket in your private department.

All you need to do is makesure email imports is permitted for new tickets and no new ticket get email for that department.

You can also make a hook so that no email is allowed to send from that department and stop any responses to tickets say for instance, when you close them.
Hi,
The domain renewal notices system send 60, 30, 15, 7 & 1 Day(s) prior to expiry.
I think there should be a way to setup the system so a ticket will be open to a customer service operator at specific days prior to expiry (if the customer didn't renew the domain by that time).
lets say that the customer will get notices at 60, 30, 15, 7 & 1 Day(s) prior to expiry and a ticket will be open automatically 7 days prior to expiry - so we can call the customer and make sure that he got our mails and to help him with the domain renew process.
Thanks,
