Mailchimp or Mailjet reselling via marcetplace for customer newsletter campaigns

It would be nice if Mailchimp were also available for resellers or another bulk mail provider (mailjet etc.) so that customers could run their own mail campaigns via these providers without endangering their real mail servers due to rate limit blacklistings.
