Not sure if I missed an addon or plugin but the knowledgebase search bar should show live instant search results sort of like the Google Instant Search results. That would be pretty useful.

It will need to be optional as its both bandwidth and server processing intensive

This would be a very nice featue. I have seen it before on some ones WHMCS install.

Yes, the ticket creation has the feature. It would be nice to see iy in the actual knowledgebase sections.
