When you create a quote for a potential client, and they reply to that quote, this creates a ticket.
It would be very useful if the ticket was linked to the quote it relates to, otherwise there is no point of reference since the client doesn't actually exist in WHMCS yet.
If you send out a lot of quotes from WHMCS, this really becomes a PITA to deal with.
