I've come to the realization, especially with something I am building that sends out an install.php for the user's product the buy (working in tandem with the Licensing Addon), that there needs to be a way to Limit how many times a product can be downloaded per product. With overall products, you can set a Quanity in stock, but you can't limit downloads per client. I believe this is a feature that needs to be added. It doesn't appear even remotely possible through a hook.
