Add Version Hashes to Licensing Addon

We want to implement version hashes to match a hash in our License.php on our licenses we sell and use with the manager, to WHMCS, and run that to check if a user has support and updates, and allow them to see a notification (like you guys do) for updates. Is there any way to make this plausible?
