Good morning, our company operates in Poland, and starting next year, we will be implementing the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), the Ministry of Finance's central IT system for issuing, receiving, and storing structured invoices. Starting in 2026, using KSeF will be mandatory for all businesses. I'd appreciate any information regarding the integration of Whmcs with KSeF. Best regards.

At the moment, WHMCS does not provide a native integration with Poland’s KSeF system. However, integration is typically possible through custom development or middleware that connects WHMCS invoice data with the KSeF API.
I recommend checking whether your accounting provider or a local developer can implement a bridge between WHMCS and the KSeF API to ensure compliance ahead of the 2026 requirement.
