Is that possible the buyer pay PayPal transaction fee rather than me through WHMCS?

Upcharge client for Payment Method
I would like to see a feature in WHMCS whereas a service fee can be added to an invoice automatically and in real-time at checkout, depending on what payment method the client chooses. For example, when a client chooses to pay via bank transfer, instead of credit card, I would like to charge that client a $5.00 service fee for choosing that payment method. The client currently has the option to choose the payment method at checkout, but there is no way for WHMCS to apply that service fee in "real-time" as the client changes the payment method from the drop down menu.
