It would be great if the sender's IP address was included in support tickets automatically.
Often a ticket is connected to IP matters (e.g. firewall) and it saves time having the IP up front rather than having to email them and ask them to go to whatismyip.com and wait for them to reply.

YES! My clients get locked out for WP login password issues and having their IP in the ticket would make it SO easy to unban them instead of having them visit an IP page to get their IP and send that back to me.
