Add option in general settings to cache with redis.
Have options as below:
server - hostname/IP
port - defaults to 6379
authentication string, (password)
database number - defaults to 0
persistent connection - bool

This would be a really useful addition, especially for larger deployments where Redis can improve caching performance and reduce repeated database work. Having the server, port, authentication, database number, and persistent-connection settings configurable in General Settings would make the integration flexible and easy to manage. A simple connection test would also be a nice touch.
