It would be great if we were able to integrate WHMcs with one of the best support platforms available today.

By integrate I mean allowing clients to single sign-on and share the client information between the platforms, as well as replacing WHMCS ticket system, knowledgebase, announcements and downloads sections.

This would be great. I use Zoho Desk and would much prefer my Support to be handled all in one place.
