It would be nice to integrate or at least check compatibility with the Facebook Customer Chat Plugin, as per this page:

This would be really useful for live support! In the meantime, we've had good results embedding custom chat solutions via the https://instacams.video/ widget on our WHMCS client area. It works smoothly and gives us Facebook-like messaging without waiting for official integration.

How can we improve WHMCS?
