Integrate ChatGPT into ticket reply field



When responding to customer support tickets, it would be very useful to have a button/icon which can open a chatGPT window/modal which requires the response to the clients and replaces the written response with the ChatGPT version.

That would allow for better response and will also auto-check spelling.

It might even be useful to have chat GPT scan the KB prior and provide suggested responses.
