When you quote a previous reply in a ticket it currently does not included the date/time of that reply.
I would like that info be be included, so the client can see clearly when that previous reply was sent and also a separator between multiple replies.
If you are quoting multiple previous replies, it just looks like 1 big message currently
e.g.
> Posted on Monday 19th April at 22:47
> quoted reply here
============
> Posted on Sunday 20th April at 22:47
> quoted reply here
