Currently when you view the Support Tickets you get all tickets flagged to you on the top of the list, then the unflagged (and flagged to others) tickets appear in a separate table below that.
This means you have to scroll down to the middle of the ticket list to see any new tickets.
Most of the ticketing systems I have used in the past show unflagged tickets merged with tickets flagged to you - this way you can easily see all new tickets currently unflagged that could need attention (flagging).
This view option should be selectable preferably per support staff as some people do only work from their flagged tickets while others need to not only keep across their tickets, but any new ones that come in.
