The new version of WHMCS (Ver 8+) has dropped the failed payment notication in the Crone email. I personally cant understand why this would be dropped?? this is a critical bit or information so as to warn customers that payment has failed and service may be terminated. This makes for a seamless operation. Please re-introduce thos feature.
Hi Roger, In version 7.10 and above we introduced the Automation Status page which replaces the information from the v6 cron report email style. This is available by clicking the cogs icon in the top-right corner of every admin page (and also linked directly from the report email)
For example you'd click the "Credit Card Charges" block and a modal is displayed itemising all the failed credit card charge attempts from that day.
The benefit of this is you can easily look back at the actions performed on any given day using the calendar - saving the need to go trawling through emails - whilst maintaining the succinct report emails we introduced in v7 which were not practical for those processing large transaction volumes and multiple staff.
