needs to be improved so that information about the service/manual task required can be added to the ticket.
such as a customisable template for each product for each action: create, suspend, cancel, unsuspend, terminate etc

currently, the info that is put into the ticket is barely useful and doesn't tell you what it relates to, just giving you a serviceID, which you then have to go and lookup.

I agree that the auto release module could provide much more useful information in the ticket. Including the product/service name, the action being performed, and the required manual steps would make tickets much easier to understand without having to look up the service ID. Customizable templates for different actions would be a really useful improvement. https://fnaffree.io

thans, I will take a look. I would use TODOS, but they are even more useless as there are no notifications or reminders that they have been created.
