Wishlist:
1. Create an ignore list by email addresses or certain domains.
2. When importing email from POP3 or Gmail, the process will skip email addresses/domains that are on the ignore list.
3. No new ticket will be created, and no reply will generated.
The problem we are facing:
We want to ignore notification emails.
