Restrict Affiliate Commission to first referral per client

I have a suggested idea on the topic of Affiliate Marketing
For example, if you add a product and say you will get a commission when someone buys one-year hosting at 40%.
I'll set the referral rate to 40%.
But I want to make only one person-to-product ratio
For example, a customer took their referral link, posted the link, and someone bought two products on the site
I want the percentage to be calculated on only one product, and the rest of the proportions will not be calculated
What do you think of this idea
