We believe intelligence search of WHMCS is not smart enough to handle different kind of search term with different queries therefor it's really slow.
So having a hook before IntelligenceSearch happens can help to override it's functionality for each company and maybe we can solve the performance issue.

What changes would you like to make or extra data would you like to be able to search or exclude?
