Highlight non-active domain names similar to expired Products/Services

Set the Drop-Down menu for non-active domains (expired/grace/cancelled) as Red to distinguish it from active domains.
Similar to how cancelled products/services are highlighted in red.

I've tested in v7.7.1 and can confirm this is the case.
