Hide the sum of an invoice in the client side of the project manager addon

Hi,
Now when we associate an invoice to the project manager addon and enabling the Client Area Project Access - the customer can see the invoices associate to the project - and that's superb.

But we can also associate invoice that should be paid by another customer (that's great also) - and while the customer the project is assigned to can't access such an invoice (he gets "An Error Occurred. Please Try Again.") - he can still see the invoice sum and that's a problem for us...

Please hide the sum of an invoice in the client side of the project manager addon - so a customer will be able to see the invoice and even the status - but not the sum. to see the sum the customer will need to access the invoice and he will be able to do so only for his invoice.

See attachment.

Ram

Hi,
Sometime the invoice is being paid by another customer, or the main office is paying while the project is done of one branch etc.

We can associate invoice that should be paid by another customer (that's great) - and while the customer the project is assigned to can't access such an invoice (he gets "An Error Occurred. Please Try Again.") - he can still see the invoice sum and that's a problem for us...

So when an invoice is associated to project it does not mean we want the customer to access it. actually when connecting an invoice that is issued to another customer (the main office) - the branch office can't open it - and that's wonderful - but the branch office client can still see the sum of the invoice even without the permission to open it.

You are not limiting invoice association to a project only to the customer that the project is assigned to - and that's superb, and the client cannot see these invoices (and that's also superb) - following the same logic - we need the customer that can't access the invoice to not see the sum of such an invoce.

Hi Ram,
Why should a client not see the sum of the invoice for their own project; that seems counter-intuitive?
What problem would this solve and what kind of scenario would you use such a feature?
