Id like a function where any inactive Admin users can be either hidden from the various dropdowns where admins are selected, ie ticket assignments etc
or alternatively have a sort order in those dropdowns so that active admins are displayed first and inactive admins last
with lots of past staff its a bit of a pain scrolling thru a dropdown list looking for specific admins in the list.

Thanks for your request. I can confirm that Inactive Administrators are hidden from the staff assignment dropdown in the ticket system.
