Right now I can filter my ticket queue based on which of my technicians the tickets are assigned to. I'd like a filter which would allow me to see only tickets with no assigned owner (so I can assign them to someone).
I'd even be happy to just have the "Unassigned" tickets, which are all new, appear at the top and all assigned tickets below it, so that new tickets are seen and not accidentally ignored if they are off the bottom of the screen.
