How can we improve WHMCS?

It would be great to have a tile showing the number of failed automatic charges in the "WHMCS Cron Job Activity" e-mail.

Even better if there could be a tile that could show how many clients are close to having their services turned off or missing a domain renewal, so we can see when it gets urgent and we may want to directly contact the client in a different way in case they have issues accessing their e-mails.
We had a client who had ended up in the hospital and couldn't check their e-mail and we couldn't charge their card, but it turned out they did want to keep their domain name!
