How can we improve WHMCS?

As an admin I would like to add more control over the handling of affiliate commission maturation, specifically so that commission is always earned on renewal payments, regardless of the Commission Delay setting.

At present the Affiliate Commission Delay setting applies the maturation restriction to all payments made by the client, meaning that if the account is not active x days after payment (perhaps due to cancellation of the service) the pending commission for the renewal payment is removed.

I propose adding an option to the affiliate settings, so that admins can control whether or not Commission Delay applies only to the initial invoice, and all subsequent renewal payments skip the delay and are deposited into the affiliates balance immediately.
