How can we improve WHMCS?

In order to comply with tax laws, the Austrian tax authorities told us that we need to log all online VAT ID checks.
Basically we need to save a log about the date/time and result of the checked VAT ID of a client, each time when this check is done, also a report for sending these logs to the tax office would be useful.
This is a requirement by law, at least in Austria but I assume also in other EU countries.
This function is not available in the "EU VAT Addon", but I suggest to add this logging setting there. WHMCS support suggests to open this request here.
