Enable users to remove / unlink themselves from accounts they have access to

Currently account owners can add users to their account and set permissions for them as per: https://help.whmcs.com/m/managing/l/1275668-adding-and-managing-users
Account owners can also remove or unlink any of those users that they wish to.
However users cannot unlink themselves from accounts that they no longer wish to have access to.
This is a request to add an option where users can remove or unlink themselves from any account they have access to.
Perhaps the simplest change in the UI for this would be to add an X button to the right of each account listed on the 'switch accounts' page: path_to_whmcs/user/accounts
