I would like to integration with call to actions for support emails. It would be a great feature to be able to have a quick "View Ticket" button on the emails that would take not only clients but also admins to the ticket view.
I believe this could also be extended to not only support tickets but invoice, quotes, service welcome emails (to view the service in WHMCS) and much more.

I believe this is called "view action" markup. It's already available in Zendesk and others. More info is available here: https://developers.google.com/gmail/markup/reference/go-to-action
I wonder if anyone knows how it could be done in the support ticket markup.
