domain transfer - remove name servers for Nominet

Hi
when a user transfer's a domain name that is using registrar module Nominet, the name servers they set are ignored and not changed as changing the IPSTAG does not change the NS.
I see 2 ways around this
1. change the NS when whmcs cron see's the IPSTAG has changed so when it changes from "pending transfer" to "active" it'll also make the NS changes from the order form.
2. remove the name servers if the module is nominet for the TLD.
I'm assuming option 2 may not work well if they're transferring 2 domains e.g a .com (reseller club etc) and .uk it would confuse the customer why its only worked for 1 domain and not the other.
