How can we improve WHMCS?

Do not allow primary contact to disable all notifications



I have had this problem several times that a client has signed up and then disabled all the notifications.

As a result they cannot receive a single email from WHMCS.
This unsurprisingly has caused major problems.

They do not get notified if their card expires
they do not get notified when invoice is overdue
they do not get notified they are about to get suspended
Their account gets suspended, so they open a ticket, but do not receive any of the replies.

It really shouldn't be possible for a client to do this.
There should always be at least 1 user or contact getting these notifications.
