Current view is just showing "Shopping Cart" if preferred language. No matter what category is selected. Add the category name in hierarchy of the Breadcrumbs in Themes tpl such as https://github.com/WHMCS/templates-twenty-one/blob/master/includes/breadcrumb.tpl
