IP addresses of a support ticket created by a client (when logged into WHMCS) already displays the IP address of the client (at that time - when they create the support ticket).
The issue: When a client reconnects later, to the same support ticket, and provides an answer, the new IP address is not displayed.
This results in the client having to visit third party websites, then reporting back with their new IP address (some are not tech savvy, and this causes frustration for them, and problems for us, using WHMCS).
Please could the function that logs and displays the IP address during customer initiated ticket creation, also be included to post the connecting IP address each time the customer adds a reply?
Thank you.
