Discount based on income over the last 12 months

Hello,
I would like to reward my best customers by applying a discount on every new invoice. The discount should be automatically calculated on their global income over the past X months (1 year for instance).
Something like this :
- Client brought $500 over the last 12 months -> 5% discount on his new invoices
- $1500 over the last 12 months -> 10% discount on his new invoices
- $5000 over the last 12 months -> 15% discount
Etc.
If this is too complicated to implement, a loyalty program as described here https://requests.whmcs.com/idea/loyalty-system would also fit quite well.
