Disable or edit Security Questions by user or globally

Many users don´t remember the answer and call for support.. but i can´t reset, disable or edit from Admin.... and it is really annoyng i have to:
a) give them the Answer i can see.. but showing them that is not really secure.
b) log in as the custumer and change it.. (can´t even delete it).
and there is no option to dissable globally only delete all the questions/answers...

I'm pleased to advise this is something we were already working on for v8.1. Security questions can now be disabled on a per-user basis via the user management modal in the admin area (Clients> Manage Users).
